On Nov 7, our instructor in NYC, Kimitea had a small ZOORI gathering just for our little group in the Ouchi gallery.  The gallery, located in Brooklyn is recognized as “home” for contemporary Japanese artists.  If you are in the Brooklyn area, pop by their  exclusive holiday party “Art for gift” (12/5/2009 Sat, 6-9pm).  The  gallery has turned into an art store for the holiday season, offering various artworks collected from local artists for sale as well as for exhibition.
